REBULA

VARIETY: A local, indigenous variety of the Vipava Valley. Only a few hectares of this rare variety remain, producing fresh and elegant white wines with a distinctive terroir character.

VINIFICATION: The grapes are hand-harvested and cooled overnight. Gentle pressing takes place in inert conditions without the presence of oxygen. Fermentation occurs in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. The wine ages on fine lees using the "sur lie" method until bottling in July 2023.

TASTE: Fresh aromas of citrus, green apples, and white flowers. On the palate, the wine is light, with pronounced minerality and pleasant acidity, leading to a long and refreshing aftertaste.
