PINELA

VINIFICATION: The grapes were hand-harvested into small 20 kg crates, cooled overnight, gently pressed in a closed space, and fermented with both natural and cultured yeasts in 228L and 500L French oak barrels. This was followed by malolactic fermentation. The wine aged for six months in oak barrels with sur lie maturation. Bottled in August 2023.

TASTE: Fruity notes with aromas of tropical fruit, white flowers, orange blossom, and a hint of vanilla. The taste is juicy, fresh, with a long aftertaste and distinct freshness. The finish is long, slightly oily, juicy, mineral, and salty, with pleasant, sweet tannins.
