Product Details

CHARDONNAY: A white grape variety that reflects the connection between the sunny Mediterranean and the Alps in a mineral expression. The wine shows a clear yellow colour with golden hues. Full-bodied and distinctly elegant.

VINIFICATION: The grapes were hand-harvested into small 20 kg crates and cooled overnight. Gentle pressing took place in a closed environment without oxygen exposure. Fermentation was temperature-controlled and conducted in stainless steel tanks. The wine aged on fine lees using the “sur lie” method until bottling in July 2023.

TASTE: The fruit profile is beautifully expressed on the palate, with a medium-length finish that delights with pleasant softness and a lively character.
