Ruby red in color with a violet hue that takes on a brownish tint as it ages. This Pinot Noir has a high alcohol content with a characteristic noble bouquet, sometimes reminiscent of almonds or blackberries, with an expressive fruity aroma and a velvety taste. The full, rich aroma is complemented by a medium-high acidity level and a pleasant astringency.

PINOT NOIR: Ruby red in colour, with a moderately emphasized matured bouquet. Over time, floral notes join the fruit aromas as the wine opens. In the mouth, it is dry, with a beautifully velvety texture, full taste, and plenty of ripe acids that promise longevity. The tannins provide a nice grip and are ripe. A full, firm, warm-blooded Pinot Noir.

VINIFICATION: The grapes were hand-harvested into small 20 kg crates and cooled overnight. Gentle pressing was carried out in a closed space without oxygen exposure. After fermentation in temperature-controlled vessels, the wine aged in oak barrels, adding complexity and depth.

TASTE: In the mouth, it is dry, with a beautiful velvety texture, full flavour, and an abundance of ripe acids. The tannins are ripe and offer a nice grip. There is a pleasant balance between fruitiness and firmness. A characterful wine that finishes with a long aftertaste.
